1. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use all services in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. Any misuse that disrupts system stability or security is strictly prohibited.

1.2 Prohibited Content & Services

Aravat Web Solutions does not support, develop, host, or provide services for any content, platform, or system that facilitates illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Child exploitation or trafficking in any form
• Human trafficking or forced labor-related activities
• Pornographic or sexually exploitative systems involving illegal or non-consensual content
• Any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful digital operations

Any request involving such use will be rejected immediately and may result in termination of service discussions or contracts.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate services for violations.

2. Payment & Activation

2.1 Payment Requirement

Projects commence only after full or agreed-upon initial payment is received, unless otherwise documented in writing.

2.2 Confirmation

Service activation begins only after payment confirmation is verified. Clients will receive acknowledgment upon successful processing.

2.3 Delays

Failure to complete payments within agreed timelines may result in project suspension or rescheduling.

3. Service Suspension & Termination

• Non-payment or payment delays may result in suspension of services
• Breach of terms may result in immediate termination
• Abusive behavior or misuse of systems is grounds for permanent restriction

Termination decisions are made to protect system integrity and service quality.

4. Project Agreements

All clients are required to enter into a written agreement outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and payment structure before project commencement.

This ensures clarity, accountability, and protection for both parties.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership Before Payment Completion

All designs, code, systems, and digital assets remain the intellectual property of Aravat Web Solutions until full payment is received.

5.2 Transfer of Rights

Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights are transferred to the client as defined in the project agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aravat Web Solutions shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from misuse of delivered systems or content provided by the client.

Clients are fully responsible for ensuring that their content and business operations comply with applicable laws.

7. Changes to Services & Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our official platform.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Kenya, while also aligning with internationally recognized digital service standards.
